Here are some menu suggestions with tasty ideas to WOW your guests
and allow you time to enjoy them as well.

Smoked Salmon Platter
Price per person: $9.95

with dill mustard sauce, cream cheese, lemons, capers, crispy flatbread, rainforest crisps, Cheesecrackers.

Served cold and thinly sliced with red onion marmalade, roasted garlic aioli,
horseradish, Ecco il pane bread.

Served with baguette, mini corn muffins, pearl onions, fruit chutney,
grainy and Dijon mustards.

Grilled Tuscan vegetables, marinated artichoke hearts, Tapenade, variety of olives,
prosciutto, Italian salami, Asia go and marinated mushrooms, gorgonzola.
Served with Ecco il pane breads and crackers.

Imported and Canadian Cheese
Price per person: $4.95

featuring slices of cheddar and Edam, blue cheese, boursin, fresh goat cheese, gouda
and brie topped with cranberries and apricots.

Served with a spicy ginger sesame dip, the freshest market vegetables blanched
and served cold and crispy.

Fresh home-made tomato salsa. Avocado salsa with herb and pepper crackers.

Carrot on the Run is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm,
Saturdays - 10 am to 6 pm and Sundays - 11 am to 5 pm.
