  • Lemon cake drizzled in a lemon syrup, filled with fresh blueberries and iced with a lemon creamcheese icing.
  • Chocolate, rich and heavy, iced with a creamy mocha butter icing.
  • White cake, rich and moist, iced with a butter icing with a touch of sherry

$1.25/person. This consists of an assortment of 2 bite size pieces of squares made by our in house pastry chef, Joan Moynihan.
$1.50/person. This consists of an assortment of 3 bite size pieces of squares plus some small tarts and cookies
$1.95/person. This consists of  3 bite size pieces with a variety of small tarts, petite fours, small cakes, rum balls, cookies, squares and small puff pastries filled with mousse

COOKIES: Joan is always experimenting with new and tasty flavours, here are some of our favourites.

  • Our famous chewy ginger, made with crystallized ginger

  • White chocolate and pecan
  • Orange poppy seed
  • Mexican chocolate- a little zippy
  • Lemon pistachio-Gluten free, made with rice flour

QUICK BREADS : -moist and rich, sold here a the deli for $1.95/slice or $14 for a loaf.

WHEAT FREE :
 
  • Carrot Granola cookies these are made with spelt four, an organic hemp granola, raisins and sunflower seeds
  • Spelt Muffins, sugar, fat and wheat free. Made with pineapple and yoghurt $1.95/ea
  • Friands, small cakes made with ground nuts, fruit and spelt flour $2.95ea
  • Chocolate cup cakes, made with cocoa and garbanzo beans. These are also dairy free $2.95ea
  • Raw Bar, dried fruit and nuts -vegan $2.50ea
