Before the guests arriveFor all my clients I provide a wealth of information, discussing every detail of the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I can take care of the rentals of all the plates, cutlery, linens, tables, etc. The rentals come from Triple-T Party Rentals, I find them very professional in everything they do.
I can help in the organization and arrangement of the event, or I can take care of all the arrangements of the event. This includes making suggestions on venues, music, flowers and other accessories. For full bar service I organize and buy the alcohol and mix for the bar, I then charge the client a 10% fee for taking care of this for them. I can provide bartending services for $20/hr and wait staff for $25/hr. I am actively enjoying the Malaspina-Mahle Wine Tasting Club with Gord and Delbert, as I feel it is important to be knowledgeable about wines for my customers. This wine expertise is another service that I give to my customers.
I have included a list of the venues in town, but there are other ideas as well like the Bastion City Cruiser, an 85' cruise boat. There is also the Argonaut 11, a beautiful 73' classic vessel. Protection Island has a small community centre and a large out door area, great for a large summer picnic or BBQ wedding. Newcastle Island and Rathtrevor Beach also have great Picnic areas, which are well suited for large events. Also taking a Horse and Carriage ride would be romantic for the bride and groom on their wedding day.
There are so many traditional and non-traditional ideas to make events special and personal. I find it easy to plan a delicious menu while introducing new and exciting dishes that will keep you coming back for more.
