  • Vegetarian Moussaka with roasted zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and eggplant in a rich tomato sauce.
  • Quiche: a light flakey pastry filled with a variety of fillings: Ham and Swiss Cheese, Crab and Gruyere.

  • Transylvanian Goulash, a hearty stew with red and green peppers and sauerkraut served with Egg noodles.

  • Chicken Pot pie, this is a peasant style dish with whole pieces of chicken and topped with spinach and feta drop biscuits.
  • Thai chicken marinated in coconut milk, ginger and sweet Thai chili sauce and served with a Mango salsa.
  • Asian-oven fried chicken with a soy dipping sauce.
  • Beef bourguignon, this is a rich French stew with mushrooms and served on a bed of Egg noodles.
  • Baron of Beef, sliced and served on a fresh Ciabatta bun with a homemade red onion marmalade and a roasted garlic aioli.
  • Hot Beef Dip with real au jus and a choice of 12 grain buns and Italian white panini buns
  • Cabbabe rolls, with my zesty tomato sauce.
