and Conditions
- 24 Carrot Catering will reserve the function date
for 10% down at time of booking, 40% due 3 months prior to the function,
with the balance due the day of the function. Payment will be required
on the confirmed guests, plus any extra guests that attend. Guaranteed
guest numbers are required 10 days before event.
- The prices includes staff that will ensure that everything
is presented beautifully and the kitchen is clean after the function
and left how I found it.
- All on-sight personnel, which include Chefs and bus
people, can remain on premises for up to 4 hrs, after this time it is
$25/hr for each staff member.
- If the hall has its own plates and cutlery then I
hire a dishwasher for $15/hr for 4hrs.
- If you would like me to lay the tables there is an
additional charge of $1.00 / setting.
- If you would like a serviced bar, I can supply a
bartender for $25 / hr. I will bring in all the arranged alcohol and
mix at cost with a 10% fee.
- I have included a Platter menu, you have a choice
of 3 platters for $1.50 / person. This can be served as an Hors d'oeuvre
with drinks or as a midnight snack - your choice.
- Children, under the age of 12 years are 1/2 price.
- The cost does include all Chafing dishes, bowls,
platters, trays, serving dished and utensils.
But not place settings, glasses or linens. If you would like, I will
take care of the rentals from Triple T.
- Cost does not include GST(5%) or gratuities, which
are appreciated.
- The prices and contents of the menus are subject
to change without notice, until the booking is confirmed.
- Staff wages are added for the smaller groups as follows. The cost is $25/hr. More may be required depending on the services needed.
- less than 25 guests - 1 staff member
- less than 50 guests - 2 staff members
